CONTACT US!

Did you compete at Dayton Speedway?  See any races there?  Just hear about the track from friends or relatives who spent time at the West Dayton speed plant?  Or did you just stumble onto our website and decide that Dayton Speedway was a spectacular racing facility?

Regardless, we'd love to hear from any new or former Friends of the Dayton Speedway (FODS).  We'll post your Dayton Speedway photos, share your race track memories with the rest of the FODS Nation, and listen to any ideas or comments you might have about the website.

We particularly like to hear from FODS who have nice things to say about our efforts, but we'll also listen to criticism...as long as it is received between 2 - 2:15 a.m. on odd numbered Tuesdays.

You can contact any of us on any subject, but our special areas of interest might help you decide who to contact.

MICKEY THOMPSON

I'm the Webmaster and owner of DSL; I know a little bit about almost everything.  My racing knowledge is 100 miles wide and exactly one inch deep, if you get my meaning.

RICK PATTERSON

Our lead researcher, Rick knows a lot about the history of Dayton Speedway and the lives of the men who raced there.  Given time, Rick can find an answer to almost every question.

GENE INGRAM

Gene is the open-wheel expert and his vast collection of photos and material allows him to track down the facts on the earliest days of open-wheel racing across the tri-state.

RAND THOMPSON

Rand's motorsports library contains more than 400 volumes.  Rand contributes book reviews to DSL and he knows where to find the out-of-print treasures.  That library allows Rand to contribute research at DSL.
