SOLEM COLLECTION - OPEN WHEEL

If there's a bigger Dayton Speedway fan than Scott Solem (kb8zcb@netzero.net), I've yet to meet them.  Scott seldom missed a Dayton race and was even an after-hours visitor to the track (those stories are best left to another time).  Scott also got his hands dirty helping John Leach, Sr., a car owner and driver in the Midwest Modified division.

When he wasn't helping in the pits, Scott remembered to take his camera with him to Dayton Speedway.  In the end, fortunately (for us) he filled about seven photo albums with his Dayton photographs.  Here are just a few of the Open Wheel photos that Scott's agreed to share with the FODS Nation.  I've combined Scott's sprint car photos and the photos of the Midwest Modified division.

I'll be adding more photos to this page as time permits.
